A socialist-realist glass-smalt mosaic mounted high on the facade of study block no. 3 of the Technical University of Moldova (Faculty of Computers, Informatics and Microelectronics), in the student campus at str. Studenților 9/7, Râșcani. The panel shows elongated, dynamic allegorical figures — one of them cradling a child — caught in a web of modernist rays and diagonal bands, in greens, ochre-gold, brick-red and blue on a cream ground. Its author and year are undocumented in any accessible catalogue. The work is distinct from the painted-terracotta panels on the neighbouring block (str. Studenților 9/8) and from the UTM mosaics in the Botanica sector (bd. Dacia 39 and 41).
