A Soviet mosaic on the side wall of Restaurant „Barza” in the town of Briceni, at str. Independenței 27. The composition plays on the venue's own name (Romanian barză = stork): two white storks in flight, wings spread, around a great radiant sun with red petals and a yellow core, and below them two white-clad figures lifting a basket of fruit (grapes) and a chalice, over a green ground of foliage and a tessellated blue sky. It is a festive scene of plenty and hospitality. The smalt is vivid and well preserved. The restaurant hosts weddings, anniversaries and christenings (per its own signage). The author and year are undocumented.
