A mosaic on a residential block on strada Miron Costin — the upper-Rîșcani thoroughfare known in Soviet times as Karl Marx street — beside the former „Ocean” (Океан) store, one of the city's fish-and-seafood shops. The panel went up around 1977, as this stretch of upper Rîșcani was being built out along Moscow Prospect and the Florilor and Dimo streets. Neither its author nor its subject is recorded in the public registers, and it holds no protected-monument status.
