A smalt mosaic on the facade of the „Ion și Doina Aldea-Teodorovici" arts lyceum (Liceul Teoretic cu Profil Arte) in the Buiucani district, at str. Doina și Ion Aldea-Teodorovici 13. The free-form composition, set directly onto the plain beige plaster of the wall, shows a stylized human figure — laid in light tesserae with dark contours — against a radiant segmented disc, like a sun. Flowing fish- or wave-like forms sweep out from it and taper into a long curving tail, comet- or bird-like, filled with geometric motifs (a shell-shaped fan, a small architectural element). The palette is dominated by turquoise-blue with rust-brown, cream and ochre-gold. A Soviet-era work, unprotected; its author and date are undocumented.
