A mosaic panel on the end wall of a five-storey large-panel residential block in the str. Grenoble 161 cluster (Malina Mare), on the south-western slope of Chișinău. The work is titled „Космос. Вселенная. Жизнь. Разум” — „Cosmos. Universe. Life. Reason” — a cosmic composition executed in ceramic tile and smalt, with the astronomical iconography typical of the 1980s, when such space themes routinely decorated the gable ends of blocks in the new districts. The artist and year are unrecorded. The panel is at risk: part of it has been covered over during exterior thermal-insulation work — the photographer who documented it notes bitterly „утеплили… Замуровали, ДЕМОНЫ” („they insulated it… walled it up, DEMONS”), the cladding burying a portion of the mosaic. The surviving visible part is still on the wall, which is why the work is classed as at risk rather than lost. The coordinates are pinned to block 161/3 from the inventory; the source text gives no exact sub-number, and the panel may sit on the end wall of an adjacent 161/x block in the same cluster. No openly-licensed photographs of the panel exist.
