A roughly 233 m² glass-smalt panel titled "Arta" ("Art", subtitled "Attributes of Art"), built across three sides of its support. It depicts a theatrical mask and musical instruments — guitar, violin, lyre and flute — camouflaged among stylized leaves and flowing curved lines, a symbiosis of painting, sculpture, music, dance and theatre, worked in 35 colours over a dominant red, black and gold palette with yellow, grey, white and blue accents. Mihai Burea created it in 1974 for the Trade Unions' Palace of Culture at str. Kiev 7 in the Râșcani sector; that building was demolished in the summer of 2018 and the panel was dismantled and conserved. Kaufland Moldova funded its relocation and restoration — a project unique in Moldova, over 8 million lei — and it was re-inaugurated on 16 December 2022 beside the "Maria Bieșu" National Opera and Ballet Theatre at bd. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt 152. It is one of the few Chișinău mosaics with protected-monument status, entered in the National Register of Public Monuments.
